In 2020, after the internal adjustment of Ferrotec group and the integration of the businesses of Ningxia Zhongxin wafer semiconductor technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Zhongxin wafer semiconductor technology Co., Ltd., the three factories of Zhongxin wafer realized the complete production from the drawing of semiconductor monocrystalline silicon rod to the processing of 100mm ~ 300mm semiconductor wafer.

Now it has 9 8-inch production lines and 2 mature 12 inch production lines with annual production capacity of 2.4 million pieces / 300mm, 5.4 million pieces / 200mm and 4.8 million pieces / 150mm. It is committed to becoming one of the main suppliers of semiconductor wafers in the world, breaking the long-term monopoly of foreign companies on the domestic semiconductor wafer market, and realizing the real "Chinese intelligent manufacturing" in the semiconductor silicon material industry.
